As an economist specialised in Human Resources, I have always been passionate about people development — whether supporting individuals in their growth or strengthening teams as a whole.

For over 13 years, I worked in multinational companies in Customer Service and Procurement, spending 8 of those years as a People Leader. Even then, I was already delivering soft skills trainings as an internal trainer and outside of my workplaces as well, in English, Spanish, and Hungarian.

Eventually, I chose to follow my true passion and made a full career change into the field of people development. Since then, I worked as a Global People Skills Trainer for a multinational organisation, and today I run my own international training, coaching, and consultancy business, collaborating with companies worldwide. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to provide face-to-face trainings, coaching sessions and consultancy services across Europe, Asia, and Africa, as well as virtual ones reaching professionals in the Middle East, North America, and Australia.

I do what I do because I truly believe that when people are supported, inspired, and equipped to grow, they can achieve more than they ever imagined — and organisations naturally thrive alongside them. This belief drives everything I do, from training sessions to coaching conversations and strategic consultancy.
